No. Intentional CBD is derived from hemp, not marijuana. Both hemp and marijuana come from cannabis plants and are considered close relatives (i.e. sister and brother) however, they are not the same. By definition, hemp contains high levels of CBD and very low levels of THC–no more than 0.3% by dry weight and is a non-intoxicating, non-addictive compound, unlike its brother marijuana – which is naturally low in CBD and contains very high levels of THC – its intoxicating and psychoactive.
Hemp and hemp-derived products are legal to produce, sell, and consume throughout all 50 states, thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill; once they are derived from industrial hemp containing less than 0.3 percent THC. However, states can still decide if they want to allow the sale and production of hemp-based products.
It depends, Intentional CBD phytocannabinoid-rich hemp 0.0% THC, superior broad-spectrum premium quality manufactured products will not be detectable on drug test results. This can be verified through our independent ISO-certified third-party lab test reports.

Yes. Intentional CBD ship to all 50 states within the U.S.A.
Yes. Currently we only ship to the British Virgin Islands, with hopes of shipping to additional international countries once they become accessible.
All orders are shipped Monday – Friday excluding holidays observed by the USPS. Once your order is placed by 11:00 AM (AST) it is processed and shipped the same day. All other orders ship the very next business day.
All shipments are shipped via USPS – First Class, Priority, or Express Mail (based on your selections) which takes an average of 1 – 3 days to arrive at your destination; and up to an additional day depending on where you are located in the U.S.
You will receive an order confirmation email that will include your tracking number. You may track your shipment by clicking on the link in your email, by visiting the USPS website or this link.
Order delays sometimes occur if there is missing or incorrect information, such as:
- Incorrect Billing Address or a zipcode

We stand behind our products 100% and work hard to ensure that our quality is second to none. We’re so convinced our products will make a difference you can actually feel, that if any product doesn’t meet your expectations, we want you to send it back within the first 30 days of delivery and we will happily give you the opportunity to exchange for another product or receive a full refund.
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We’ll email you a label to print out, place on your package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued, we’ll also send an email to notify you of that transaction.
